Painter and Decorator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Painter and Decorator located in West Midlands. The Painter and Decorator will be responsible for paint application, coatings, spray painting, and executing various painting and decorating tasks in commercial properties on a day-to-day basis.

 

Qualifications

  • Painting and Decorating skills

  • Experience with Coatings

  • Proficiency in Spray Painting

  • Strong attention to detail and precision in paint application

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to painting and decorating

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in painting and decorating

  • Must be able to supply 2 recent references

Demolition Team member

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demolition Team Member located in West Midlands. The Demolition Team Member will be responsible for carrying out demolition tasks as part of commercial property renovations, redecorations, and maintenance projects.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in demolition work and construction projects

  • Ability to operate construction equipment safely

  • Physical strength and stamina for manual labor tasks

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in demolition work

  • Team player with good communication skills

  • Certifications in construction or demolition work is a plus

  • Valid driver's license
